At Ruby Jade, we want you to love your purchase. Because many of our items are handmade or one-of-a-kind, we do not offer refunds or returns.

However, exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase for items in their original condition, with proof of receipt.

• Sale items and custom artwork are final sale.
